PSC Southwest LTD (Phil Strout Contractors) is a multi-disciplined SMAS accredited principal contractor based in Boyton, Launceston. We carry out construction works & reactive and planned maintenance for Private clients, Breweries, Housing Associations and Schools. We aim to offer a complete service from start to finish be it a garden patio or a new build house. Our team have extensive experience in the construction, building & maintenance sectors including domestic and commercial works.
